CBA Hansen Awards recognize achievements inside and outside the classroom
To celebrate and support the outstanding work of staff and faculty in the College of Business Administration, Jennifer, ’93, and Mike Hansen established the Hansen CBA Awards in research, teaching, service, dean’s impact and staff excellence.
“(The Hansens’) generous contributions have once again helped us recognize the outstanding faculty and staff who embody excellence ... within our college,” Dean TJ Brooks says. “Their support is more than an acknowledgement of excellence — it plays a critical role in our retention strategies and helps us foster a thriving academic environment.
This year’s recipients support campus in various distinct ways, but all embody a commitment to student success and the pursuit of academic excellence:
- William Ross, Hansen CBA Excellence in Research Award
- Nilakshi Borah, Hansen CBA Dean's Excellence in Teaching Award
- Nicole Gullekson, Hansen CBA Dean's Impact Award
- Maggie McDermott, Hansen CBA Excellence in Service Award
- Mary Grattan, Hansen CBA Staff Excellence Award
