Our Annual Open Enrollment for benefits is fully underway and will close on 10/22/21. This is your annual opportunity to enroll in or make changes to most of your benefits unless you have a qualifying life event. Changes made during ABE are effective January 1, 2022.

For those that have already completed their renewal:
- Please review your confirmation summary
- Should you need to make a change to add a missed dependent, please call or email me and I can assist.
For those that have NOT completed their Open Enrollment:
- Make sure you check the boxes next to each dependent you wish to cover in 2022
- Confirm them on the main summary page:
